We currently accept the following payment methods for orders placed on Pepofa.com:
a. Cash on Delivery (COD)
How it works: Customers can pay in cash when the order is delivered to their doorstep.
Availability: COD is available for select pin codes and order values only. You will be informed at checkout if COD is applicable to your order.
Conditions:
Please ensure you have the exact amount at the time of delivery as our delivery partners may not carry change.
Refusal to accept a COD order without valid reason may affect your eligibility for future COD purchases.
Orders placed under COD are subject to confirmation via call, SMS, or email. Failure to confirm may result in cancellation.
b. PayU (Online Payment Gateway)
We have partnered with PayU, a trusted and secure payment gateway, to process all online transactions.
PayU supports multiple payment options including UPI, Net Banking, and cards.

c. Credit Cards

4. Payment Confirmation

In case of COD, your order will be marked as “Pending Payment” until the payment is collected at delivery.

5. Failed or Pending Transactions
