The process of shipping can take as less as 3 days and maximum 7 days in some cases. The cost of shipping is zero worldwide! We ship mostly via Delhivery, Ekart, UPS, FedEx, DHL etc.
We charge zero taxes on the product price on all products on this website.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Instructions for checking status of orders: As soon as your product is shipped, we will provide you 3 things via mail. 1. Courier company's name, 2. Tracking Number, 3. Tracking Link via mail which you can keep checking frequently to stay updated about the status of your order.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your
refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund
is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the item, send us an email at Help@pepofa.com and wait for our response. We will arrange reverse pickup of your item and after the return reaches us, we will re-ship your fault free exchange in 1-3 days of receiving the return.
To return your product, you should mail us at Help@pepofa.com and we will review your request. After your request is approved, we will arrange reverse pickup of your item.
After receiving the return, we will initiate your refund you in 1-3 days to the source of payment.
